Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Fee Structure

Due to administrative overheads, certificate issuance preparations, and system resource provisioning, the program registration fees are strictly non-refundable once an account verification request is approved and your offer letter is issued.

2. Rejected Transactions & Refunds

If your payment record is rejected during audit (due to invalid receipt, transaction mismatch, or payment failure), we will notify you immediately. If the transaction was indeed completed but rejected in error, you can submit valid proof or contact our billing team at info@pinnaclegrid.com.

3. Queries and Disputes

If you have any billing issues, multiple charges, or duplicate payment queries, please write to our support desk. Duplicate transactions verified by our payment gateway will be reversed within 5 to 7 working days.
