Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before enrolling in our internship programs.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the PG Academy platform or enrolling in any internship cohort, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Internship Enrolment & Scope

All cohorts represent simulated remote learning assignments. Under no circumstances does enrollment establish an employer-employee relationship, labor contract, or guarantee of corporate job placement with PinnacleGrid Skills and Innovation LLP.

3. User Accounts and Verification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Providing false information or attempting to verify certificates obtained maliciously will lead to instant account termination.

4. Code of Conduct

All submissions must be your original work. Plagiarism, offensive communication, or attempt to compromise portal security will result in immediate disqualification without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform, including all assets, logic, tasks, and instructional materials, is protected by copyright laws and remains the exclusive intellectual property of PinnacleGrid Skills and Innovation LLP.
